These Terms of Service apply to your use of revealoutdoors.com and purchases from Reveal Outdoors, Inc. ("Reveal Outdoors," "we," "us," or "our"). Our business is based in Apple Valley, Minnesota, and our online store is powered by Shopify.

Please read these terms before using our website or placing an order. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional details on the subjects they cover.

1. Our Store and Products

Reveal Outdoors sells fishing tackle, coolers, outdoor equipment, apparel, range gear, firearm-related parts and accessories, cleaning supplies, tools, and related merchandise. Some orders ship from our warehouse; others ship directly from participating suppliers or other fulfillment services, including Shopify Collective suppliers.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability. Colors may appear different on different screens. Review the product's model, size, color, quantity, compatibility, and included components before checkout. Contact us if information is unclear or appears incorrect.

Brand names and trademarks identify their respective owners. A manufacturer warranty or authorized-reseller relationship applies only where stated and applicable to the product purchased.

2. Eligibility, Accounts, and Website Use

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law. Any product-specific minimum age, eligibility, or possession requirement still applies. Parental authorization does not override a legal restriction.

Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. If you create an account, keep your sign-in details confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of others' rights, distribution of malicious software, or interference with the store's operation or security. Do not place an order for a product you are prohibited from receiving or possessing.

3. Prices, Payment, and Orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and available payment methods are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change for future purchases. We will not increase the amount charged for an existing order without your agreement.

If an item is unavailable, an order contains a material pricing or description error, or we cannot fulfill an order because of a delivery restriction or suspected fraud, we may contact you for clarification or cancel the affected item, subject to applicable law. If we cancel a paid item, we will refund the amount collected for that item, applicable taxes, and associated charges that no longer apply. We will not substitute a materially different product or impose an additional charge without your agreement.

An order confirmation or shipping option displayed at checkout does not override applicable law or our stated product and destination restrictions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains available destinations, processing times, shipping charges, delivery estimates, tracking, and assistance with delayed, missing, or damaged shipments.

Eligible warehouse range and shooting products: Standard shipping is $6.99 at all order totals.
Fishing and general outdoor products: Shipping charges are generally calculated at checkout based on the shipment and delivery address.
Oversized, heavy, and supplier-fulfilled products: Separate methods, charges, and exclusions may apply, as shown at checkout.

We no longer offer free shipping based on an order-value threshold. Mixed orders may have combined shipping charges. We will not add a shipping charge or make a material change to the purchased shipping service after purchase without your agreement.

Most in-stock standard orders are processed within one business day. Processing and carrier transit are separate. Product-specific estimates, our daily cutoff, business-day definitions, and estimates for oversized or restricted products are provided in the Shipping Policy or before purchase. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate or explain if one is unavailable, and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a full, prompt refund. We will obtain consent to delays when required by law. If required consent is not obtained, we will cancel and refund the unshipped merchandise as required by law.

5. California and Other Product Restrictions

Reveal Outdoors does not ship any firearm-related products to California. This applies whether an order is fulfilled by our warehouse, a supplier, or another fulfillment service on our behalf.

The restriction includes firearm parts and accessories; magazines and magazine components; holsters; firearm sights, optics, and mounts; firearm cleaning supplies, solvents, oils, and lubricants; gunsmithing and firearm maintenance tools; and any other merchandise intended or marketed for use with firearms.

This is a Reveal Outdoors shipping restriction. We do not offer California shipping exceptions or an identity-verification process that permits shipment of these products to California. We do not authorize forwarding or rerouting them to California.

Eligible fishing tackle, coolers, and general outdoor products may still ship to California, subject to their own product, carrier, and destination restrictions.

If an order includes a firearm-related product for delivery to California, we will cancel and refund the affected item, applicable taxes, and shipping charges that no longer apply. For a mixed order, we will contact you about the remaining eligible items before shipping them.

Other age, product, transport, and destination restrictions may apply. Website availability does not mean a product may lawfully be received or possessed in every location. We will not fulfill an order prohibited by applicable law or our stated restrictions.

6. Supplier-Fulfilled Orders

Supplier-fulfilled products may have different processing times, delivery methods, shipping charges, and destination availability. Orders from multiple locations may arrive separately, on different days, with separate tracking numbers. Known differences will be disclosed before purchase; later delays are handled under our Shipping Policy.

Reveal Outdoors remains your contact for purchases through our store, including delivery, cancellation, return, and refund questions. Contact us before returning a supplier-fulfilled product so we can provide the correct instructions and destination. Supplier fulfillment does not remove our published commitments or your legal rights.

7. Shipping Addresses, Order Changes, and Cancellations

We cannot change a shipping address after an order is placed. If your address is incorrect, contact us promptly to request cancellation. Wait for cancellation confirmation before placing a replacement order with the correct address.

Other changes and voluntary cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing begins, an order is sent to a supplier, or the shipment leaves the fulfillment location. Shipped orders may need to be handled under our Return and Refund Policy. These limits do not override cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Product Issues

Our Return and Refund Policy provides the complete eligibility requirements, exclusions, and instructions. Request an ordinary return within 30 days after receiving the item. Eligible items must be unused and unworn, in original condition and packaging, with original tags, parts, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Obtain approval before returning an item. For approved returns, we provide a prepaid return label at no charge and do not charge restocking fees. Ship the item back within 14 days after receiving the return instructions and prepaid label, using the return destination we provide.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Ordinary return exclusions and used-item restrictions do not remove remedies available under applicable law.

Approved ordinary-return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval without receipt, contact us. Refunds for canceled or delayed shipments are handled under the Shipping Policy and applicable law.

To obtain a replacement size, color, model, or other item, follow our return process and place a separate order as described in the Return and Refund Policy.

9. Product Use, Compatibility, and Warranties

Follow the manufacturer's instructions, warnings, storage requirements, and safety guidance. Confirm compatibility with your equipment before installing or using a product. If compatibility or installation requirements are unclear, consult the manufacturer or an appropriately qualified professional before use.

Where a manufacturer warranty is offered, its coverage and claim process depend on that manufacturer's terms. Contact us for help locating applicable warranty information. Referring you to a manufacturer does not remove any obligations we have or warranties and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy and Security

Our Privacy Policy explains the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, including processing through Shopify and relevant service providers. It also explains available privacy choices and how to contact us. That policy governs privacy matters if these terms conflict with it.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive sign-in information by email or through our contact form.

11. Website Content, Reviews, and External Links

Website content is owned by Reveal Outdoors or used with permission from its respective owners. You may use the website to browse products and make purchases. Other uses must respect applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property rights.

Reviews and submissions must reflect your experience and must not be fraudulent, unlawful, harassing, abusive, infringing, or disclose another person's private information. We may moderate content that violates these rules. Honest negative reviews are not prohibited or penalized merely because they are unfavorable.

You retain ownership of your review. By submitting it for publication on our store, you give us nonexclusive permission to display it in connection with the store; you do not transfer ownership of the review to us.

External websites linked for information or convenience operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A link alone does not establish endorsement or an authorized business relationship.

12. Website Availability and Consumer Rights

We work to maintain an accurate, accessible store but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. We may maintain or update the website or restrict access that violates these terms. These actions do not remove our obligations for existing orders.

Nothing in these terms limits rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our published shipping and refund commitments remain applicable to your purchase.

13. Governing Law and Policy Updates

These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and Minnesota law, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise. This provision does not deprive you of protections or access to courts available under applicable law.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce your rights for an order already placed. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy provide the specific details for the subjects they cover. Applicable mandatory law takes precedence over any conflicting term.
