These Terms of Service apply to your use of revealoutdoors.com and purchases from Reveal Outdoors, Inc. (“Reveal Outdoors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our business is based in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Please read these terms before using our website or placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Our Store and Products

Reveal Outdoors sells fishing tackle, coolers, outdoor equipment, apparel, food, and related products. Some orders ship from our Minnesota location; others ship directly from participating suppliers, including Shopify Collective suppliers.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability. Product colors may appear different depending on your screen. Review the selected size, color, model, quantity, and other options before checkout. Contact us if information is unclear or appears incorrect.

Brand names and trademarks identify their respective owners. Any manufacturer warranty or authorized-reseller relationship applies only where stated and applicable to the product purchased.

2. Accounts and Website Use

Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when placing an order or creating an account. You must be legally able to enter into the purchase or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required.

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, distribution of malicious software, or interference with the store’s operation or security.

3. Prices, Payment, and Orders

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change for future purchases. Changes do not authorize us to increase the amount charged for an existing order without your consent.

If an item is unavailable, an order contains a material pricing or description error, or we cannot fulfill an order because of a delivery restriction or suspected fraud, we may contact you for clarification or cancel the affected order, subject to applicable law. If we cancel an item for which you have paid, we will refund the amount paid for that item and any associated charges that are no longer applicable. We will not substitute a materially different product or impose an additional charge without your agreement.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, shipping charges, delivery estimates, restrictions, tracking, and assistance with delayed, missing, or damaged shipments.

For eligible standard orders below $99.99, shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and displayed at checkout. Eligible orders of $99.99 or more receive free standard shipping. Oversized, heavy, supplier-fulfilled, or restricted products may have different charges and may not qualify for these rates. Applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

Most in-stock standard orders are processed within one business day, with estimated carrier transit of three to five business days. Processing and transit are separate, giving an estimated total of four to six business days. Different timeframes apply to certain products as explained in our Shipping Policy and applicable product or checkout information.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate, and offer cancellation and a prompt refund as required by applicable law. We will obtain your consent to a delay when required. Nothing in these terms removes your rights concerning delayed or unfulfilled orders.

5. Supplier-Fulfilled and Shopify Collective Orders

Supplier-fulfilled products may have different processing times, delivery methods, destination restrictions, and shipping charges. Orders containing products from more than one location may arrive separately, on different days, with separate tracking numbers. Shipping charges may be calculated separately for certain products.

Reveal Outdoors remains your contact for orders placed through our store, including questions about delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds. Contact us before returning a supplier-fulfilled product so we can provide the correct instructions and return destination. Supplier fulfillment does not remove the protections in our published policies or applicable law.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request an address change, order change, or cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but changes may not be possible after processing begins, an order is sent to a supplier, or a shipment leaves the fulfillment location.

Orders that have already shipped may need to be handled under our Refund Policy. This does not affect cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Product Issues

Our Refund Policy provides the full eligibility requirements, exceptions, and return instructions. For eligible products, request a return within 30 days after delivery. Ordinary returns must be unworn or unused, with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. We provide a return shipping label at no charge for accepted returns and do not charge restocking fees.

Certain products are excluded from ordinary returns, including the categories identified in our Refund Policy. If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Ordinary return restrictions do not override your applicable legal rights.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days after approval. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. To obtain a different item, follow our return process and place a separate order as described in the Refund Policy.

8. Product Use and Manufacturer Warranties

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, storage requirements, and safety guidance for each product. Products may be subject to age, transport, or destination restrictions.

Where a manufacturer warranty is offered, its coverage and claim process depend on that manufacturer’s terms. Contact us for assistance locating applicable warranty information. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy and Security

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed, including information processed through Shopify and relevant service providers. It also explains available privacy choices and how to contact us about your information. That policy governs privacy matters if these terms conflict with it.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive sign-in information by email or through our contact form.

10. Website Content, Reviews, and External Links

Website content is owned by Reveal Outdoors or used with permission from its respective owners. You may view and use the website to browse products and make purchases. Other uses must respect applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property rights.

Reviews and other submissions must reflect your experience and must not be fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, infringing, or disclose another person’s private information. We may moderate content that violates these rules. By submitting a review for publication, you permit us to display it in connection with our store.

Links to external websites may be provided for product information or convenience. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A link alone does not imply endorsement or an authorized business relationship.

11. Website Availability and Consumer Rights

We work to maintain an accurate, accessible store, but cannot guarantee that website access will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors. We may maintain or update the website or restrict access that violates these terms. Such action does not remove our obligations for existing orders.

Nothing in these terms limits rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our published shipping and refund commitments remain applicable to your purchase.

12. Governing Law and Policy Updates

These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of Minnesota, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise. This provision does not deprive you of protections or access to courts available under applicable law.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce your rights for an order already placed. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy provide the specific details for the subjects they cover, and applicable mandatory law takes precedence over any conflicting term.
