Northland Quick-Strike Predator Rig

Present large live or dead bait in a natural, horizontal position with the Northland Quick-Strike Predator Rig. Designed for northern pike, muskie, walleye and lake trout, this ready-to-rig harness fishes beneath a tip-up or large float and lets you set the hook as soon as a fish takes the bait.

The Y-Yoke Harness positions a treble hook at each end of the bait. Two holographic Baitfish-Image attractor blades add flash around the presentation, while 45 lb Surflon nylon-coated stainless steel wire provides a tough connection for toothy fish. A crane swivel and crimped leader connection complete the setup.

How to Fish It

Position the treble hooks so your sucker, shiner, cisco or other baitfish hangs level. Lower the rig beneath your tip-up or float to the desired depth. This quick-strike presentation is intended for an immediate hookset when a fish takes the bait.

Before use: Check all crimps and reinforce with pliers if needed.
